Job Switch

Job Switch probably has to be the most difficult task for any human being. 

They have to start from the scratch and then perform their task by making sure that they don't repeat the same mistakes they made in the past. 

When someone has a job change they have to give themselves a week to adjust and then they can be relieved of the stress that they might be going through.. 

Life is all about adjustments and nothing is constant so change is necessary for development in life and overall growth as well.
