Few Women At The Front

In today's corporate and political arena very few women are seen at the top.

Have you ever wondered why? It's because of the emotional factor that works inside a woman.

When a man enters the workforce he enters a race where he is expected to perform and deliver, but on the other hand when a woman enters the workforce it is very rarely expected that she will perform and when she performs really well she owes it to her spouse, her surroundings, etc but on the other hand when a man performs well he owes it to himself and his hard work.

Sheryl Sandberg, the Chief Operating Officer of Facebook says that a woman should never let the external surroundings around her to affect her work at all.
